Alison Bell (President) resides in Stowe and was elected to the HFI Board in December, 2002. Bell has been an attorney with Langrock, Sperry & Wool, LLP in Burlington since 1987.
Charles Cherhoniak (Vice President) of Shelburne was elected to the HFI Board in June 2007. Cherhoniak is with TD Bank in Burlington.
Richard M. Williams (Secretary/Treasurer) of Moretown has served on the HFI Board of Directors and as Secretary/Treasurer since 1986. Williams is the Executive Director of the Vermont State Housing Authority and has been the director since 1984. He is VSHA’s non-voting Ex-Officio appointment to the Board.
Charles Grenier, Consulting Engineer, PC of Waterbury has experience at the project level dealing with engineering, architectural and construction services. Grenier was elected to the HFI Board in April 2010.
David Muzzy resides at Mountain View Mobile Home Park in Hinesburg and was elected to the HFI Board in August 2009. Muzzy is retired from the Research and Development Group at IBM and from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. Muzzy represents the interests of HFI’s mobile home park portfolio.
Hal Cohen resides in Middlesex and is the Specialist/Special Projects of the State of Vermont Department of Public Service, Consumer Affairs and Public Information Division. Cohen was elected to the HFI Board in April 2018.
Mary Houghton resides in Putney and was elected to the HFI Board of Directors in April 2017. Before retiring in 2016, Houghton was the Finance Manager for the Brattleboro Housing Authority.
Merryn Rutledge resides in Burlington and is the Principal of ReVisions, LLC & Coach Plus. Rutledge was elected to the HFI Board in February 2016.
Michael Lorraine is the President of Technical Planning and Management Company, Inc. located in Waitsfield and has been in the property management business for more than 34 years. Lorraine was elected to the HFI Board in August 2009.
Robert Dostis resides in Waterbury Center and is the Vice President, Stakeholder Relations, for Green Mountain Power Corporation. Dostis was elected to the HFI Board in June 2017.
Tim Palmer resides in Williston and has been the HFI Executive Director since December 2015.
